VALDOO is a fast-food concept based on traditional dishes from various nations, yet exclusively prepared using Austrian ingredients. The main dish is a meat-based specialty, widely known in Transylvania: a 100% mince beef, crafted using a secret recipe. We cook the meat in such a way that it remains crispy on the outside while staying juicy on the inside. It is then served in our exclusive “Valdoo Bread,” developed for us by the renowned Lasser bakery.
The VALDOO experience is completed with a side salad of Puszta and a variety of sauces. For those with a taste for nostalgia, the dish is simply served with mustard, while connoisseurs can enjoy it with a creamy aubergine spread.
For our adult guests, we offer freshly tapped beer to accompany the VALDOO experience, alongside a wide range of soft drinks.
To crown the experience, we offer well-known yet popular pastries such as our homemade brownies and cheesecakes.
In our bistro, in addition to our sweet treats, you will also find our passion and dedication to coffee. Our professional XLVI coffee machine ensures an exceptional coffee experience, whether you prefer an espresso, a long coffee, or a cappuccino. We source our coffee from “Rösterei Naturkaffee”, and through our collaboration, we offer one own coffee specialty.
